I admit, I didn’t watch the movie that this show was based on. I should since it has some of my faves in it but ultimately, I went into this drama blind (no pun intended.) This was my second drama that the main male character suffered from Prosopagnosia or in regular people talk, face blindness. It really is a hard one to pull off in my opinion and I found myself comparing this to The Secret Life of My Secretary a lot, even though both plots are wildly different. Either way, lets say I blindly fell in love with this drama when I didn’t even plan to.

Plot. Okay, it’s a wild one. Who the hell is going to believe that this beautiful actress is cursed with changing bodies every month for a week? Me. I went with it and really wished they would have had more changes but I guess that’s a bigger budget. Anyway, Han Se Gye’s “condition” was played off in a way that really had me making up reasons why she HAD to change. As a lead, she was compelling. She was funny as hell, not some weak ass damsel, and she had the cutest dog ever. I fell for Han Se Gye a little. Immediately, I could see that Seo Hyun Jin had fun with this character. When she needed to be fiery and over the top, she was just that. But when there were scenes where you needed to connect with the vulnerability of Han Se Gye, lets just say I went through many tissues. The tears were real. BRAVA.

Seo Do Jae. Okay, I love Lee Min Ki and believe he knows how to kiss the hell out of his female costars. But for once, I wasn’t falling over the hill for the male lead. Yeah, he was a little odd because of his own condition and being a chaebol and all but honestly, it was a little too stoic. I was sitting and waiting for the rare times that a small smile would creep through. And most of that were scenes he had with Seo Hyun Jin. The chemistry was nice and I really believed the love story. The fluff they gave, even through it was in a huge ass jar, it wasn’t done in a way that made me sick and wish for the shit to hurry up.

Let me speak on the secondary love lines going on. LET ME MARRY LEE DA HEE! Second drama I’m seeing with her and of course she’s a stand out. And even Ahn Jae Hyun (crazy divorce aside) had me swooning for him. Their storyline was strange but it fit. I think that is the main thing I took away from the whole drama; weird but fit. All of these people were weird to everyone else in their own ways but when they came together, they were a tribe and fit.

However, I can’t end this review without talking about the bodies! Han Se Gye’s monthly bodies brought really nice cameos to the mix. The three I loved were Ra Mi Ran as an older woman Han Se Gye. Mi Ran is one of my favorite actresses and her scenes in this were some of the ones that made me burst into tears. Then Moon Woo Jin as little boy Han Se Gye. This was just adorable. Again, some of his scenes caused me to cry even though I didn’t want to. It made me wish she would be these people more than once just so I could see my faves again. And finally, Kim Min Seok as the young man body. I mean, I love Kim Min Seok and him being reunited with Lee Min Ki was super cute.
