Girl Next Room: Richy Rich

Duchess, who is also known as Daeng Lek, is a newly rich university student and is given to ostentatiousness. She seeks approval from the exclusive parts of society from which she was barred when she was poor. She happens to encounter Krathing, who knows about her unfortunate past as Daeng Lek and takes to teasing her.

I said I was going to continue and I did didn’t I? Unfortunately, I thought this was the next in the series and found out after I watched that it was not. However, I have no intentions of watching Midnight Fantasy this month cause I wanna do one a month so here we are.. LOL.

Duchess wants to be a part of the rich club because she is super rich except of course there was some shit that went down in the past that is like oh not born with a silver spoon rich? TO THE DUNGEONS! Honestly, there wasn’t really much here in ways of plot development or anything. It was simple and not to be taken seriously. I could tell you how every part of this story was gonna unfold with my eyes close. Like duh ofc it was Krathing and not Khunkhao.

So yeah as it’s own story, I wouldn’t say it is great, but it isn’t terrible. A very standard enjoyable story, but the charm is of course the cast who make these characters people that you enjoy to see. Duchess and Krathing was exactly my type of bickering reluctant acquaintances even if they weren’t initially each others type. I think what I loved the most about this was how absolutely off his rockers and fun Off was. I was cackling all the time. I am like obsessed with him in this role. Mild did her thing, but Off ATE!

All in all, I wouldn’t rewatch, but it is good enough to pass the time. I am nervous that this is apparently the best of the series even though it was better than Motorbike Baby.
