If there’s one thing I was gonna do for spooky month, it was deliver on some spooky shows. Unfortunately, I did have a life to live so this review is a little bit late. That being said, I am very pleased with this one as it was just the right bite of creepy ghosts, teen romance and friendship. I think that at this point I can only really enjoy high school dramas if they’re done in small pieces like this one.

The story was quite simple and pretty straightforward. I thought that there was a lot of things that flowed and a few that didn’t. However, I had a great time watching it and in the end that’s all that personally matters to me. I enjoyed how the story incorporated the pieces of life as a high schooler—dealing with parents who plan everything for you, being uncertain about your future, first loves, etc. I did find the principal’s motivation to be stupid, but what can we do.

Obviously the real winner and tag line for this drama is that Kim Sae Ron and Nam Da Reum make an excellent pairing. The banter, the chemistry. I need more of them and that’s just facts. I loved them together and we deserve a season two as well as an older drama with these two. I feel like a college drama would be perfect. Yum yum.

Overall, I think this was a good drama. I am happy I decided to binge episodes and not the one per week. I think I can imagine how it would be draggy watching this stretch for 12 weeks cause even I got impatient for it to end. Anyways more of these two please! xx
