To All The Oppas and Unnies We Loved – Third Quarter 2021

The year is coming to an end, slowly but surely. Writing this post signified that we’re anxious for the last rounds of releases for 2021! Oh, and PSLs! Let’s give our babies some love.

Sugar Baby’s ‘Unnie’

Kim Yoo Jung

Dear Princess,

I feel like you are my actual daughter and I have watched you grow so much throughout the years. You are literally perfection in every way. I love you so much. I remember the very first thing I have ever seen you in which was Moon Embracing The Sun and I thought to myself, “she’s gonna be a talent” and I was right. I loved watching your transition to a lead actress and I just can’t wait to see more of you.

Currently, you have me obsessed with Lovers of the Red Sky because I got to see you back in your natural roots. I cry every time you cry and I smile every time you smile. I really don’t care what anyone says, you will always be my baby. Patiently, awaiting a reunion for you and Yeo Jin Goo as adults. GIVE US WHAT WE WANT.

Lazy Unnie’s ‘Oppa’

Lee Je Hoon

Dear BeBe,

It’s rare when I actually fall for ones I can actually call oppa, but here you are. It wasn’t until I saw you in Time To Hunt that I took notice. You were bad, hot and the kind of anti-hero that I wanted to root for. Then… you went on a shelf. I know, terrible of me but I really just went about my life and forgot you existed. That was until I watched you on Running Man promoting your latest movie Collectors. And the love came back full force.

This year was the year I really fell for all your charms. From you being a flawed romantic lead in Where Stars Land to being another anti-hero to root for in Move to Heaven. And I’m not even done! Many people are telling me not to give you a chance in Tomorrow With You but my love for you is too strong. I even started to watch your travel reality show The Traveler: Cuba. The love is real. Maybe it’s the way you can transform with each new role or that smile that starts off as a tempting smirk. All I know is I’m now a forever fan.
